India, the land of contrasts, that keeps challenging me to stay deeply connected to myself. Whether in the bustling crowd during the evening light ceremony on the Ganges in Varanasi or in a rickshaw weaving through the noisy, crowded streets – it’s the land of contrasts that so clearly reveals the essence of life.
This is the land that fills me with absolute peace, sitting by the ashram fire on the banks of the Ganges at 5 a.m. How I miss the vibe of India – sipping chai by the Ganges, the scents, the colors, the simplicity of the people, and their kindness!
Come along on this spiritual, creatively designed journey and share your experiences with us! Our Indian tour guides, our local colleagues, and I invite you into this different, vibrant world.
Every morning – except for travel days – we begin with a yoga and meditation program. At each location, you can also book additional massages. By participating in all yoga and meditation sessions, you even have the option to complete the trip with a certification as a Yoga and Meditation Instructor. More information available on request.

Rishikesh
We begin in Rishikesh, the capital of yoga.
Here we can meet yoga teachers, gurus, and the renowned Ayurvedic doctor Dr. Arora, go rafting on the Ganges, shop endlessly, and chat with other travelers over chai in local restaurants.
With a bit of luck, we might visit a school, learn a little Hindi, get an introduction to the magic of malas, and take our first steps in Indian dance at a dance school.
We will visit a temple and hike past a waterfall back down to the valley. One evening includes a cooking class, and our Indian friend will create beautiful henna tattoos on your hands and arms if you wish. For the final day, we have planned an overnight stay with dinner and a campfire at a campsite on the Ganges.
Haridwar
After the colorful hustle and bustle of Rishikesh, we continue on to Haridwar and take part in the program at the Santosh Puri Ashram – where peace, tranquility, and divine food are guaranteed!
Here we will also take part in the legendary Arati on the banks of the Ganges. At the Ashram, the day begins at 4 a.m. at the sacred fire and ends no later than 9 p.m. with lights out.
There are beautiful Hatha Yoga classes and other creative program elements. Look forward to relaxation in a warm, family-like atmosphere.
Varanasi

Services Included
Accommodation with breakfast in double rooms in Rishikesh and Varanasi. In Rishikesh, 2 dinners are included. Single rooms are available for an additional charge and subject to availability. In Haridwar, accommodation includes full board in shared or double rooms, depending on availability. All group workshops are included (safari in the national park is optional and not included in the price). All domestic transport from Rishikesh to Varanasi. Yoga classes and meditations.
You will need to organize the following yourself (not included):
Flights to Delhi and onward travel to Rishikesh, departure from Varanasi to Delhi, additional meals in Rishikesh and Varanasi, visa, possible vaccinations, and insurance.
Investment:
- €2080 until December 31, 2025
- €2250 from January 1 to March 15, 2026
- €2350 from March 16 to June 16, 2026
- Partners from the same household and children aged 18 and over pay €380 less
- Children under 18 pay €500 less
